What I collect, why, and for how long

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no fonts or scripts from other servers. Nothing is sent to you automatically when you use the form.
Who receives the data
- Render (USA) hosts the site in its Frankfurt region in the EU. Render is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) delivers the form to my inbox as an email. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
- Proton (Proton AG, Switzerland) hosts the inbox where requests arrive. Switzerland has an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
I do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a common format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@e-solstvo.si; I answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Do you have to give the data?
No. Without your name, email and company I cannot answer the request. You can also write to me directly instead of using the form.
Automated decisions
No decision about you is made automatically, and the data is not used for profiling.
Changes
When this notice changes, the version date at the top changes with it.
